Welcome to the official Camden Fairview resource page for Arkansas’s Bell to Bell, No Cell Act (Act 122 of 2025).
This law limits student use of personal electronic devices during the school day.
Beginning in the 2025–2026 school year, Arkansas Act 122 requires that students must not use personal electronic devices during school hours, from the first bell to the last.
Devices include:
Cell phones
Smartwatches
Earbuds/headphones that connect to devices
Tablets/laptops not issued by the district
This policy:
Improves student focus and classroom engagement
Reduces cyberbullying, academic dishonesty, and discipline issues
Encourages healthy screen habits
Promotes safety and equity
Camden Fairview supports the law’s goals and has created a consistent, supportive approach to implementation across all campuses.
