IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION

Form 1095-B – Proof of Health Coverage

If you were enrolled in Camden Fairview School District’s health plan during the 2025 calendar year, you may receive a Form 1095-B. This form provides proof that you had minimum essential health coverage.

The District will not automatically mail Form 1095-B to all individuals. However, you may request a copy at any time. There is no charge for this form.

    TAC is the teacher gradebook portion of eSchoolPlus. TAC is one of many portion of eSchoolPlus and is what teachers will use to record grades and attendance. NOTE: ESchool cannot be accessed from home without connecting through a VPN.

    The ARBenefits member portal allows you to enroll online during Open Enrollment or your new hire period, upload documentation such as a marriage license or a birth certificate, view important alerts pertaining to your insurance, update your preferred contact information, and access more information about ARBenefits along with other products.
