Camden Fairview Administrators Graduate from Phase 1 of Arkansas Leadership Academy’s Master Principal Program

#CardinalPride - Camden Fairview School District administrators Cara Bowie and Cindy Bever graduated from Phase 1 of Arkansas Leadership Academy’s Master Principal Program yesterday. Congratulations to Ms. Bowie and Mrs. Bever!

“We’re thankful for their leadership, their dedication to continued growth as educators, and their commitment to bringing impactful practices back to Camden Fairview staff and students,” said Tara Armstrong, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction.

The Master Principal Program (MPP) was established through the passage of Act 44 of the Second Extraordinary Session of the 2003 Arkansas General Assembly to provide “training programs and opportunities to expand the knowledge base and leadership skills of public school principals.” MPP consists of a competitive application process and three one-year phases, with all participation costs fully funded by the Arkansas Leadership Academy.
