📱Online registration to update information for returning students will open during the week of July 22, 2024. Returning students are already in our system and included on class lists and schedules. 🔜 Stay tuned for information on orientation, schedule pickup, and more!
The Arkansas Activities Association’s mandated “dead weeks” for 2024 will be observed from June 23 through July 7, 2024. All CFSD athletic facilities will be closed during this time. Additionally, coaches are prohibited from engaging in any type of activity involving student-athletes, whether it be practice, training, weightlifting, competition, or travel. Athletic facilities will reopen on Monday, July 8.
Cardinal student-athletes and coaches have been working hard this summer, and we hope they all enjoy this break!
Happy Juneteenth! From the National Museum of African American History and Culture: on this day in 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas to share the news that the more than 250,000 enslaved Black people in the state were free - two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
June 19th came to be known as Juneteenth, and it’s now officially a federal holiday. Learn more at https://nmaahc.si.edu/juneteenth.
