Dear Camden Fairview Parents/Guardians:

We are writing to inform you of your student’s participation in a brief survey that will allow us to improve your child’s school experience. As part of our continued commitment to addressing barriers to learning, we are asking that all students enrolled in Camden Fairview School District (CFSD) complete the Pupil Attitudes to Self and School (PASS) survey.

Developed by a team of educational experts from multiple universities, PASS provides CFSD with highly reliable and valid information about how students feel about themselves as a learner and how they feel about school. PASS is available in 20 languages and allows schools to detect possible barriers to student learning, including issues around confidence, resilience, motivation, and concentration. 

During the 2023-24 school year, PASS will be administered in the Fall and Spring. Please be assured that student confidentiality will be strictly protected. Questions from the survey can be reviewed using the links below.

You may also visit your school principal for details about the campus PASS administration. If you wish to opt your child out of testing, please email or call your building principal by September 26th.
